Control and visualization of smart home systems installed in Beranka Homes in Prague

Beranka Homes is a developer project built in the Horni Pocernice district, Prague, which consists of 87 modern apartments. This developer project is characterized by modern architecture, a thoughtful layout, and respect for its surroundings.

In 2018, some of the apartments were equipped with a smart home control system. They were installed by Haidy, a Czech company specializing in smart home automation systems. Haidy's state-of-the-art product named HAIDY Home and our Tecomat Foxtrot perfectly fitted the apartment owners' needs.

Smart home system provides control of:

Lighting system (automatic/manual control of all lights; support for lighting scenes)
Heating/Air-conditioning systems divided into the 7 zones
Window jalousies (automatic control based on the season or selected time program; manual control over the dedicated controllers or over the application)
Fire and security systems (PIR, smoke and magnetic sensors)
