VIPAX is a Czech producer of fire-resistant doors made of steel. In 2017, the company opened a new production plant in Lukov, Czech Republic.

In the building, there is Tecomat Foxtrot control system installed for reliable control of HVAC systems. The installation was carried out by Vit Jadrnicek.

Tecomat Foxtrot controls the following systems:

• Two Viesmann gas boilers with a cascade control structure

• Heating circuits (utility water, radiators, floor heating)

• CIC Jan Hrebec air-conditioning units controlled through the CO2 sensors

• Sinclair air-conditioning unit

• Winterwarm TR heaters

• Motorized skylight window in the production hall

• Outdoor blinds by Climax

• Garage doors

• Paint spraying box

The entire control process is visualized in Automer, an advanced monitoring system that is running in cloud. Thanks to Automer, an investor and building manager have a flexible tool for easy monitoring and controlling the building. Different parameters and various scenarios can be set up in the system as well. On top of that, the manager can optimize the climate inside the building via the consumption diagrams.
