Apartment control systems at SKY Barrandov, a luxurious residence in Prague

SKY Barrandov is a new residential project at the Barrandov district in Prague, Czech Republic. The project is designed by the famous Eva Jicinska architect.

The project consists of two separate buildings with luxurious apartments and one service building. The building complies with the highest Energy Performance Certificate (A level). Such a high energy efficiency has been achieved by using a modern materials along with the smart ventilation systems. These two solutions helped to reduce energy consumption to very low level.

An effective air-exchange (without need of opening the windows) in the apartmens can be done by using a modern heat recovery ventilation systems by Paul and modern triple glazed windows.

Every apartment is equipped with the Tecomat Foxtrot control system along with Haidy Home, an intelligent system that allows for control of all apartment technologies via the smartphone, tablet or a TV set.
