Heating and lighting control system of residential house in Munchen, Germany

In 2016, Tecomat Foxtrot was installed for reliable control of the heating and lighting systems at a residential house in Munchen, Germany.

In the house, there are 35 CIB thermo valves and they are controlled directly by the Tecomat Foxtrot system. Foxtrot is integrated with Lutron lights and sunblinds control system as well. Thanks to the integration, all the house technologies share the same interface.

The installation was carried out by two Czech companines – ELPRAMO and KD Elektronika.
